Brad Gintz

CO-FOUNDER and CEO, EZ LYNK

Brad Gintz isn't your average tech entrepreneur—he's a fourth-generation mechanic whose zeal for innovation led him to revolutionize the automotive industry. As CEO and co-founder of EZ LYNK, he has seamlessly integrated automotive repair with cutting-edge technology, pioneering connected vehicle solutions that bridge the gap between drivers, fleet managers, and mechanics. His innovations enable early detection and resolution of vehicle issues, improving reliability and efficiency across the industry.

Under Brad’s stewardship, EZ LYNK has not only enhanced vehicle reliability but also ensured compliance with complex regulatory frameworks. The company’s solutions are approved for both U.S. and Canadian electronic logging device (ELD) mandates, simplifying cross-border fleet management and streamlining International Fuel Tax Agreement (IFTA) compliance.

Prior to EZ LYNK, Brad’s journey started in the heart of a garage where he gained a profound understanding of automotive mechanics outside the confines of formal education. This unique foundation allowed him to merge traditional mechanical expertise with cutting edge technology, leading to the creation of what will likely become the OBD III system—a conceptual leap beyond current standards, aiming for a real-time wireless interface with vehicle electronic control units.

Brad has also personally secured an extensive portfolio of patents across the United States, Canada, China, Europe, India, and Japan. His patented innovations span remote ECU monitoring, carbon offset calculations, and other cutting-edge advancements, reflecting his dedication not only to pushing the boundaries of automotive technology but also to fostering environmental sustainability.

In addition to his contributions to automotive technology, Gintz is committed to philanthropy and social impact:

Aerial Recovery: an international disaster response and anti-human trafficking non-profit whose mission is to save lives and stop evil. The organization repurposes the skills of veterans and first responders, providing both the rescued and rescuers with new purpose and healing.

A Second U Foundation: A 501(c)(3) social enterprise that empowers formerly incarcerated individuals by equipping them with national certification as personal trainers, vocational education, and mentorship. The foundation fosters career pathways, entrepreneurship, and community reintegration.

Originally from Louisiana, Gintz now resides in the Cayman Islands with his family. From his home base, he continues to push the boundaries of automotive technology while championing initiatives that drive both industry progress and social good.
